Clinic Schedule (Saturday and Sunday)

9am - rigged and ready, notebooks out and ready for the day on the deck

9am — on land with Coach P

10:15-10:30 — launch boats 

12-1pm = Lunch on or off water

4-5pm - Derigging and Debrief

Sailors should arrive early enough to have boats rigged and ready to perfection by 9am each day - please do not be late and be sure to eat a good breakfast!

Sailors will be dismissed by 6pm each day - coach will use WhatsApp to notify of any time change due to conditions or otherwise.

Participants must bring lunch and snacks, wear Sail Team uniform shirt, have on sunscreen, have water bottles, appropriate footwear and body wear for conditions, gloves, etc.
