Please use this event to pay for the SAYC member checkout fee.  Once you have completed the checkout process, you will be a member of the SAYC Open Sailing program - you may take boats out, with guests, at your leisure, and you may also skipper in the WNR and DCS racing series. 

The orientation and challenge test will cover the following points:

1)     Safety

2)     Rules & Regulations

3)     Rigging, Beach Launching, Docking

4)     Challenge Test – Beach Launch, Capsize & Recovery

5)     Challenge Test – Tacks, Gybes with proper sail trim and confidence

6)     De-rigging and Stowing

7)     Boat Sign Out/Boat Return Procedure

8)     SAYC Release of Liability
